Born in New Orleans, Louisiana as one of sixteen children and a twin, Zattier Marvin has lived a life shaped by resilience, faith, and purpose. After surviving one of the deadliest storms in history and overcoming personal storms, losses, and battles that would have broken many, she found healing through writing and released her debut book, Making Peace with Katrina: One Woman’s Journey with God in the midst of the Storm. Today, Zattier is an author, speaker, and advocate for emotional healing and spiritual restoration. Her story inspires audiences to face their own storms, trust God through transition, and rebuild with strength. Her voice is authentic, hope-filled, and rooted in lived experience.
